Myofunctional therapy (facial exercises) program is for the all ages. For the young children parents have to assist the children is learning the exercises. It is like having your own personal Myofunctional Therapist who will give you feedback from the videos you send in each week. It is designed to teach you each exercise to strengthen the muscles of the face, mouth and airway. It will also teach you the correct way to breathe, swallow, chew, speak and rest. By completing this program and practicing the elements we hope to permanently improve the way you function. Changing the way you function will then help to retain all the changes you have achieved throughout your orthodontic journey.
